Description: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Technician with a minimum of 2 years of residential and commercial cleaning experience. The ideal candidate is proficient in safely operating and maintaining cleaning tools and equipment and capable of performing a wide range of physical tasks, including climbing ladders, lifting up to 20 pounds, and working in various weather conditions. Key responsibilities include general cleaning, sanitizing bathrooms and kitchens, removing trash, operating vacuums and floor scrubbers, and maintaining accurate records of work performed. Candidates must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, possess a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and smartphone, and be able to communicate effectively in English. Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and adherence to safety and company policies are essential. This part-time role offers $18 per hour and requires a commitment to excellence, confidentiality, and teamwork. Benefits are not provided for this position.
