Job Position: Wash Line Operator
Location: Sioux City, IA 51105
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Shift: 11:00PM-7:30AM
Key Responsibilities:
Punctuality: Arrive to work on time, consistently meeting scheduled shift requirements.
Safety & Procedures:
Follow all safety protocols and production procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Attention to Detail:
Demonstrate precision and thoroughness in work tasks to ensure quality and accuracy.
Color Recognition:
Ability to recognize and differentiate between various colors as part of the production process.
Equipment Troubleshooting:
Utilize basic troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions.
Adaptability to Environmental Conditions: Work in various environmental conditions, including hot, cold, wet, and dry environments.
Additional Duties:
Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals and team needs.
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Basic understanding of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.

Must be able to work in various environmental conditions (e.g., temperature fluctuations, humidity).
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. Manual dexterity to operate equipment and tools safely.
