Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals, and manage patient care plans. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and home care.
Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient progress and document all care in electronic health records (EHR).
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to provide quality care.
Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Requirements:
Valid state RN license.
BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications (if applicable).
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficient with electronic health records (EHR) and medical software.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
