Description:
We are looking for compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our agency team. CNAs will provide direct patient care and support in various healthcare settings across the Siouxland area. Hours and shifts vary based on assignment and facility needs.
Responsibilities:
Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
Monitor and record patient vitals and report changes in condition to supervising staff.
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
Assist with patient mobility and transfers.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
Adhere to healthcare protocols and safety standards.
Requirements:
Active CNA certification in good standing.
Previous experience in healthcare settings preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in diverse healthcare environments and adapt to different assignments.
Flexibility to work varying shifts.
